Cloud Based U-CLO Security

Servers

Our U-CLO servers are not located in any of our offices premises. The servers reside in a secure data facility in secure, natural disaster-controlled environment. Client data is stored on separate servers always and our servers have 24/7 security.

Data Security

Data encryption is used in the U-CLO network, Firewall is used to protect client data in the U-CLO network. Real-time protection is used to protect against malware, viruses, spyware, adware and malicious attacks.

Data Backup & Restoration

U-CLO takes data security and maintenance very seriously. Client data is stored at a data center that receives regular backups, stored on multiple servers, and prepared for severe weather conditions.

Data Restoration

The system is set up, so it is difficult to accidentally delete information. If the information is deleted, it will still appear but with a status of “Deleted.” Therefore, if something was inadvertently deleted, the data can be copied and restored.

Client Backups

Client data is backed up on a regular basis. All data is stored on different servers and backed up daily. Daily backups allows for version control, security and structured data storage in our cloud.

User Backups

In addition to the U-CLO backups, we encourage our clients to regularly export their data. This acts as another backup and for personal records such as invoices, purchase orders and other PDF type of data to avail offline on your working PC’s.

U-CLO Implementation Service

Our approach to U-CLO implementation is driven by your unique business goals and emphasizes user education and involvement. During the implementation, Work Wise’s team of experts will help you plan and organize your project, conduct training, prototype functional areas of your business, implement process changes and complete timely conversions. Working closely with your key people, the Workwise team will ensure you are quickly up and running while achieving the desired results.

  • This is the “get ready” phase designed to ensure a solid foundation for your business software project. Our team of consultants will survey each of your functional areas to fully understand your business requirements, the impact of those requirements and your desired capabilities. Then we will custom-build an implementation plan based on your specifications. This phase also includes installation of Workwise U-CLO software system and the initial data conversion. 

     

    Project planning, Software initiation, Operational review, Training, Build Prototype and Initial data conversion are the key points at this phase.

    This is the “get set” phase and the most critical from an execution standpoint. Our consultants will thoroughly train your users, including walking them through a “day in the life of” your company. This phase also includes testing and issue resolution to certify your new Inventory/Order Management system is working properly.

     

    Special training Workshops, Update prototype, Initial modeling, Develop reports, Training/resolution, Modeling, and Setup users are provided in this phase.

  •  

    This is the “go” phase where final conversions, training and testing are synchronized towards the cutover to Workwise software. This phase includes all final modeling sessions, tests, improvements training and support needed before going live.

     

    End user training, Final model, Readiness assessment, Final data conversion, Cutover and then GO LIVE will help your implementation mission to achieve in a secure and accurate methodology.
